Karen Boyd, Marketing Manager
Karen brings over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry to her role as Marketing Manager at The Sheffield Group. Karen has cultivated a wealth of expertise that has driven her success across multiple positions from underwritting to marketing. A graduate of the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Karen joined The Sheffield Group in 2018 as an Underwriter, and grew to where she is today. Karen’s professional achievements include being a licensed agent, earning the prestigious CISR and CIC designations, and being an active member on the BIIA Board and incoming Board Member of the Excalibur Board.
Jaylan Matthews, Central Alabama
Jaylan is a graduate of Alabama State University and started working at The Sheffield Group in 2019 as an Underwriting Assistant before moving into a position as a Marketing Representative in 2022. Hailing from Bessemer, AL, Jaylan takes pride in his strong connections to the local community and his ability to foster meaningful relationships that drive success.
Delaney Perkins, South Alabama
Delaney is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and started working at The Sheffield Group in 2023. A native of the Mobile Bay Area, Delaney focuses on building lasting relationships and driving results with her agents.

A graduate of Auburn University, Anna brings a blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to her role at The Sheffield Group, where she has been making an impact since 2023.
